Refunds & Exchanges

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancelled orders are subject to a $10 CAD fee. 

We are charged website and processing fees when you place your order. These fees are not refunded to us when you cancel your order. Therefore, our cancellations fees are non-negotiable. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
You are responsible for checking your order.
Any inaccuracies must be reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery. 


Contact us via email at kdmakes@outlook.com and include the following: 

* Order number
* Your first and last name
* Your email address
* A brief explanation of the issue

Please include pictures, the first thing we will ask for are pictures of the issue and your packing slip. Mistakes do happen and we are happy to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
Returns are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved prior to items being returned. Return shipping will be at your expense. Please understand that all customized products are FINAL sale. 

If a refund is approved, refunds or store credit will not be issued until we have received the item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your items must be: 

* Unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it

* It must be in the original packaging.

* Under NO circumstances will washed and/or worn items or altered/customized items ever be considered for a return.

Our policy is 7 days after delivery. After 7 days we cannot consider any returns. 
You MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
We will only accept returns for the following conditions: 

* Items that were originally and substantially defective. NOT minor flaws or imperfections.

* We sent the wrong item in error.

Please DO NOT contact us about something you bought months or years ago for a refund, it happens!

 MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Please make sure to contact via email at kdmakes@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with sufficient photos of the package before opening and after opening. We then have to contact the courier/shipping company and will be in touch with you. Unfortunately this process does take time and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please be sure to include the below information:
